Channels

Native chat is home for your MULTIFY agent — your full workbench in one place, in your browser or the desktop app. When you want your agent to reach you elsewhere, channels meet you where you already are: Telegram and iMessage today, with Slack coming soon.

Native Chat Is Home

Chat is the most natural interface humans have ever built. MULTIFY puts a full-page native chat at the center of your workbench — open it in your browser at app.multify.co or in the desktop app and start delegating. Nothing to install, no bot to create, every tool and file in reach.

When you want to research a prospect, draft an email, or prepare for a meeting, you just open chat and type. It feels less like using a tool and more like having a brilliant colleague on speed dial.

Optional Channels

Want your agent in your pocket or alongside your team? Connect a channel as an add-on. Same agent, same context, wherever you chat:

  • Telegram — available today. Reach your agent from a private bot on phone, tablet, and desktop.
  • iMessage — available today. Text your agent right from the Messages app (iMessage or SMS). Set up iMessage →
  • Slack — coming soon. Bring your agent into the workspace where your team already works.

Channels are entirely optional — native chat works out of the box. Add one when you want your agent to meet you where you already are.

Always Within Reach Native chat is one tab away on every device, and an optional channel like Telegram puts your agent one tap away in your pocket. Either way, your agent is always with you — which is why MULTIFY users actually build the habit of delegation.

Why Telegram First

When we added the first optional channel, Telegram was the natural starting point. It works on every device, sets up in about a minute via BotFather, runs a private bot that doesn't take over your personal phone number, and needs no workspace or admin approval. iMessage is now available too for Apple users, and Slack is on the way for teams.

Telegram and Privacy

Telegram was founded with privacy as a core principle. For MULTIFY users, the key facts are:

  • Your bot conversations are private between you and the bot — they don't appear in any group or shared channel.
  • Telegram's servers are distributed across multiple jurisdictions.
  • You can use a username instead of sharing your phone number.
  • The Telegram client is open source, which means it's audited by the security community.

For most professional tasks — research, drafting, scheduling, analysis — this level of privacy is more than adequate.
