Before You Begin
MULTIFY works right in your browser, the desktop app, and the mobile app — native chat is the everyday way to use it. There's nothing to install to get started: sign up, open chat, and start delegating. If you'd like your agent to reach you on other channels too, you can connect Telegram or iMessage/SMS as optional add-ons — with Slack coming soon.

Visit superclaws.io and select a plan. We offer a 3-month free trial — no credit card required upfront for trial plans.

Create Your Account
Enter your email address and complete the sign-up flow. You'll receive a magic link to verify your account and access your subscriber dashboard.
Step 2 — Start Chatting

Open Chat and Say Hello
Head to app.multify.co and open chat — or install the desktop app for Mac, Windows, or Linux. Your agent is ready immediately: type anything to start delegating. No bot, no install, no setup. That's it — you're live.
Optional — Connect Telegram
Want your agent in your pocket on Telegram too? Multify provisions a managed Hermes agent for you (we run the host — you don't install anything or SSH into a server). Prefer Apple Messages? Set up iMessage/SMS instead. Both are optional — skip them if native chat is all you need. (Slack is coming soon.)
Managed host — no SSH
Your agent runs on Multify-managed infrastructure. You operate it from the dashboard (chat, User Access, reboot, allowlisted Run Command) — not by logging into the machine over SSH.

Get Telegram
If you don't already use it, download Telegram from telegram.org (iPhone, Android, Mac, Windows, Linux, or web) and sign up with your phone number. This takes about 60 seconds.

Add an Agent (managed bot)
In the dashboard at app.multify.co, use Add Agent and follow the managed Telegram flow: link your Telegram account if prompted, confirm the bot in Telegram, and Multify provisions your Hermes agent automatically.
Advanced — create a bot with @BotFather yourself
Prefer your own token? In Telegram, open @BotFather, run /newbot, copy the token, and paste it when the dashboard offers that path. Multify still runs the managed host for you.

Link Telegram Web to Your Mobile App
Open Telegram on desktop and click the menu icon, then select Settings.
Go to Devices → Link Desktop Device and scan the QR code with your phone.

Wait for Provisioning
Back at app.multify.co, watch the agent move to ready — usually within a minute after you confirm the bot in Telegram.

Say Hello on Telegram
Once provisioned, open your bot in Telegram and send it a message — anything at all. Your agent will respond and confirm it's live. You're done. To let teammates talk to the same bot later, use User Access.
Your First Commands
There's no manual to memorise. Just talk to your agent the way you'd message a smart colleague. Here are a few things to try right away:
Example — Research
"Give me a brief overview of the top 5 competitors in the project management software space, with their key differentiators."
Example — Email Draft
"Write a professional email to follow up on a proposal I sent to a client called TechCorp three days ago. Keep it short and friendly."
Example — Summarise
"Summarise the key points from this article [paste URL or text] in 5 bullet points."
Example — Planning
"Create a 30-60-90 day onboarding plan for a new account executive joining a B2B SaaS company."
Tips for Best Results
Be specific. The more context you give, the better the output. Instead of "write an email," try "write a 3-sentence follow-up email to [name] at [company] regarding [topic]."
Iterate. If you don't love the first response, just reply: "Make it shorter," or "Add a more confident tone," or "Give me 3 versions."
Ask questions. Your agent can help you think through problems, not just execute tasks. Ask "What should I consider before sending this proposal?" and see what it says.
Use it daily. The more you use it, the more you'll find to delegate. Start small and build from there.
