Operations, minus the copy and paste

Ops work means a lot of dashboards, vendor portals and forms that don't talk to each other. Multify works on those pages in your own browser: it reads the numbers, fills the forms, keeps an eye on the pages you'd otherwise refresh, and turns the routine into a runbook.

Pull the numbers off any dashboard

Open the report or dashboard you check every week and press Alt+X. The Multify panel reads the page as you see it, signed-in tools included, so you don't have to export anything first.

Try itSummarize this fulfilment dashboard for leadership: on-time rate, the two worst warehouses, and anything that changed a lot since last week. Keep it to five bullets.
Try itCompare actual spend on this page against budget. Where are we over, by how much, and what's the likely reason for each?

Under the reply, Save as page keeps it in your Pages, and Copy puts it on your clipboard for an email or a doc.

Fill the forms you fill every week

Purchase requests, supplier onboarding, compliance check-ins and expense forms ask for the same things again and again. Open the form and tell Multify what goes in it. Page Agent fills text fields, dropdowns, checkboxes and dates in one go, asks once for anything it doesn't know, and doesn't submit unless you tell it to.

Try itFill in this purchase request: 40 boxes of A4 paper and 12 toner cartridges for the Dallas office, cost center 4410, needed by the 24th.

Details like your company name, address and ZIP code only need answering once. Multify offers to remember them and fills them in next time. You can see and change what it keeps in the panel under Settings › Page Agent › Form details. It never saves passwords, card numbers or ID numbers.

Get things done in vendor portals

Ask for the whole job rather than one field at a time. Multify can search a site, pick from results, step through a calendar and build a cart.

Try itGo to our office supplier's site and add 40 boxes of A4 paper and 12 HP 26A toner cartridges to the cart.

When the job is on another site, Multify asks Where should Multify work? Choose In a new tab behind this one to keep working while it goes. If it needs you, the toolbar icon shows a ! and a small card appears on the page you're on.

At checkout it stops and shows an order card with the items, fees, tax, total and the card it would use. Nothing is ordered until you press Place order, and if the total changes in the meantime, it tells you and asks again.

Watch pages so you don't have to

Ask Multify to keep an eye on a page and it checks on a schedule (hourly, daily or weekly) from your browser. When the condition is met, you get an alert in Multify and by email or phone notification.

Try itCheck this supplier's price daily and tell me when it drops under $80.
Try itWatch this vendor status page hourly and tell me when it says Resolved.
Try itCheck this booking page daily for a Saturday slot.

If your browser is closed when a check is due, it runs once the next time the browser is open. Manage your watches under Settings › Page watches in the panel.

Turn a routine into a runbook

A runbook is a list of tasks Multify plays in order. Tasks that need a website, like checking three supplier portals for open orders, can run in your browser with Page Agent.

1
Mark the website steps
In each task, set When a runbook plays it to In your browser (Page Agent). Browser tasks show a globe, and the runbook gets a Browser label.
2
Run it from the extension
Open the panel menu (☰), choose Runbooks and press Run. One approval covers the whole run, and each step can use what the earlier steps found. You can watch progress, check History, or press Stop.
Browser steps need you to press Run Scheduled runs and runs started from the web, desktop or phone app skip the browser steps and say so. Server steps still run as usual.
Try itCreate a task that runs in my browser: open the Acme supplier portal, collect every open order with its status and expected date, and save the list as a page.

Coordinate without switching apps

Connect Google Calendar, Slack, Notion and your other tools under ☰ › Connectors, then mention them in chat. In Gmail, type \\ and pick Write to draft the coordination email in place.

Try itFind a 60-minute slot next week when I'm free in the morning, and draft an email to the three warehouse leads proposing it for the quarterly inventory count.

Status updates, SOPs and follow-ups

These work well in the panel or on the new tab. Use Create task under a reply to turn action items into tasks.

Hand longer jobs to your AI agent

If you use Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant, it can work in your browser too, in a tab behind yours, for jobs like checking a dozen vendor pages and reporting back. You approve each new site once, and it stops for anything that pays, books or sends. Your browser needs to be open with Multify running. See Let your agent use your browser.
