Pages

Pages are living documents in Multify — briefs, SOPs, meeting notes, research dumps — that both you and your agent can read and update. Think of them as your private knowledge layer, not just a notepad.

Available everywhere Create and edit Pages on web, desktop, and mobile. Your agent can list, search, create, and update pages through chat and MCP tools.

What Are Pages?

Each Page is a titled document with a body you can edit. Use them when the content should stay editable and searchable — not as a one-off file download. Common uses:

  • Client briefs and messaging frameworks
  • SOPs and checklists your agent should follow
  • Research notes that grow over a week
  • Meeting summaries you want to keep next to related Tasks

On web and desktop, the editor supports rich text so formatting stays readable. On mobile you get a full-screen edit experience with preview.

Create & Edit

1
Open Pages
From the navigator (web/desktop) or the Pages area on mobile.
2
New Page
Give it a clear title — titles show up in search and when you file a page into a Project.
3
Write (or improve)
Draft freely. Use the improve/magic-wand control when you want Multify to tighten the wording while you keep control of the final text. On mobile, dictation is available for hands-free capture.

Your Agent Can Use Pages

Ask in chat things like:

Example "Read my page 'Acme kickoff brief' and draft a 5-bullet agenda for tomorrow's call."
Example "Create a page called 'Weekly pipeline notes' and summarize this week's CRM updates into it."

That two-way access is the point: Pages aren't locked in a silo — they're part of the same workbench as chat, tasks, and files.

Share a Page

Turn on a public share link when you want someone outside Multify to read a page (proposal outline, onboarding doc, status note). Revoke the link anytime. Public pages open in a clean viewer — no Multify login required for the reader.

Pages vs Files

  • Pages — editable text knowledge you and the agent co-author.
  • Files — uploads and binary outputs (PDFs, spreadsheets, images). See Files.

Use a Page for the living brief; attach the signed PDF contract as a File.

Organize with Projects File related pages under a Project so briefs, tasks, files, and chats for one initiative share a single dashboard.
