Multify on iPhone, iPad, and Android is a full workbench in your pocket — not a stripped-down companion. Chat, Tasks, Pages, Files, Projects, and Runbooks travel with you, with layouts designed separately for phones and tablets.

Phone and tablet are different on purpose Phone layouts stay focused and thumb-friendly. Tablets get wider content, rails, and dialog-style sheets so iPad doesn't feel like a stretched phone.

What You Get on Mobile

  • Chat — full Multify chat with attachments, history, and the same tools as web.
  • Tasks — list or board view, create/edit, comments, pin, public share links, and a Shared tasks audit in settings.
  • Pages — write and preview notes; improve wording; dictation; share links.
  • Files — upload from camera/photos/files, open with system viewers, public share.
  • Projects & Runbooks — open project context; view and play runbooks (authoring is richest on web/desktop).
  • Theme & fonts — same account personalization as other surfaces (see Personalize).

Choose Your Home Screen

In mobile Settings, pick which tab greets you when you open the app. Chat-first people land in chat; operators who live on the board can land on Tasks. Make Multify match your muscle memory.

Share on the Go

Need a client to see a task while you're away from the desk? Open the task → share → copy the public link. Owners and builders can review every shared task from Tasks settings and revoke links without hunting through the board.

Everyday Mobile Touches

  • Pull to refresh lists when you want a hard update
  • Adaptive sheets (bottom sheet on phone, centered dialog on tablet)
  • Deep links from the browser extension into the right place in Multify

Get the App

Install Multify from the App Store (iOS/iPadOS) or Google Play (Android). Sign in with the same account you use on the web. For desktop, see the Desktop App guide.

Same agent, every surface Work started on mobile shows up on web and desktop. Channels like iMessage and Telegram feed the same workspace history.
